Bishamonten is one of the Four Heavenly Kings, the strongest of the Buddhist guardian deities, and as one of the Seven Gods of Good Fortune, is said to bring people good fortune.

Also known as Tamonten.

Tamonten was worshiped by many military commanders during the Warring States period as the god of war, and in later periods, he was also enshrined as the god of prosperity in the private sector, as well as the god of fortune.

This statue is believed to be from the early to mid Edo period, but despite being over 300 years old, it is powerful and dynamic, as if it is about to start moving at any moment.

His eyes are captivating, and one look at him with those eyes is enough to dispel bad luck.

The god is so delicate and beautiful in every way that it is impressive to see such an object in front of one's eyes.
